The clinic that works on all Saturdays at ALDI aims at identifying the hidden abilities, strengths, disabilities and weaknesses in children, by assessing them and listening to their caretakers. The team of psychologists, social workers and therapists under the supervision of Joseph Maash, supports the supporter and prepares a unique intervention scheme based on the child and helps the parents to work with it. The caretakers can also reach out to the team for further clarifications and ALDI promises a life long support for them.

Introductory training for parents, care givers, teachers and professionals to understand and accept their child as they are and support them. These trainings are provided on offline mode as a four day programme or on online platform according to the need of the group.
Support groups involving parents, teachers, professionals and like-minded individuals to help and care for children with learning problems. Here the caregivers get a life long support for the welfare of their child and clarification of their doubts. LET is Provided on both online and offline platforms.
FORMATION TRAINING
This is for introspection and enrichment of the support group. It prepares oneself to effectively deal with demanding issues and move ahead successfully. It is a fully residential (100 hours) programme, and is considered as a trainers training programme.
REMEDIATION TRAINING
This is an updation training given to the resource persons working in the area of remediation (50 hours). The participants are ensured with a provision for life long follow up.
REMEDIATORS TRAINING
This is the professional training for people who would like to work in the area of remedial teaching and also to further train groups of resource persons. It is a fully residential (115 hours) programme.
CURRICULUM TRAINING
Training given to teachers of schools that adopt the adaptive, preventive curriculum -Joseph approach. Its a hands on training once a month for 30 months. Includes two annual residential camps of 3 day duration. Teaching manuals and tools are prepared during the camp. Further follow up trainings are given to primary teachers of classes I to IV annually.
Curriculum training is also conducted for the support group, who have attended different programmes with ALDI. The programme has been designed as 4 segments, each of 4 days:

TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS (TA) & SCRIPT WORKSHOP
This training is given for the support group for a better intrapersonal and interpersonal relationship. This directly and indirectly help in improving the communication with children and thereby helping them lead a happy and peaceful life.
CHANGATHI TRAINING
This is a free training for 2 days, given in view of befriending school children towards prevention of suicide among teenagers. Any person who can spare a fixed amount of time every month is eligible for this training and can serve as a Changathi.
CASH TRAINING
Care & Share training for personal enrichment and empowerment, imparted to professionals, school managers, entrepreneurs and business men to have a better relationship with the people around and their family thereby developing a peaceful and serene environment for children.

HIS GRACE ASHRAMAM
Which is an extended campus of ALDI, located at Vadakkanchery is the space where children can be in the lap of nature and learn several things that cannot be achieved in classrooms.
JUSTICE FORUM
Gives legal support to parents, teachers and professionals to be aware of and work towards the rights of differently-abled children.
SCHOOL ADOPTION PROGRAMMES
Extends extra support to the schools where children from less privileged background learn. This helps the children with the extra care and support they need.
PREPARATION OF TRAINING MANUALS
Helps the resource persons to conduct various trainings systematically.
NETWORKING WITH ORGANISATIONS WITH SIMILAR OBJECTIVES
Helps to extend the support of ALDI to children who find it difficult to reach us directly. Parental support groups have been functioning in Ernakulam, Kottayam, Palakkad and Thrissur. CARE, a centre at Ernakulam, functioning under the patronship of Joseph Maash is organising the services of ALDI. They are rendering assessment services, interventions and remediation programmes for children with specific learning disabilities. They are also supporting adults who find it difficult to identify their significance in society by conducting yoga sessions, vocal and instrumental music classes led by them.
PEACE PROGRAMME (AT HIS GRACE ASHRAMAM)
The Peace Program is a comprehensive problem-solving therapy designed for families, spanning two to three days. This transformative initiative is specifically tailored to enhance the well-being of differently-abled children and families.
Key Objectives:
1. Thoroughly analyze the challenges faced by each family and develop effective solutions.
2. Empower families with differently-abled members, facilitating integration and providing guidance towards a right path.
3. Provide a serene environment for families to unwind, allowing them to rejuvenate and approach life with renewed vigor and enthusiasm.
The Peace Program serves as a unique opportunity for participants to tap into their inner strength, experience self-empowerment, and undergo a process of rejuvenation. It encourages individuals to coexist harmoniously with nature, promoting a holistic approach to life.

Is a semi-scientific bimonthly journal which publishes the articles of professionals, the priceless life experience of parents and writings and other works of children.
CHANGATHI

ORUMA
Is the get-together of children and their families. It is held in a selected venue where an inclusive cultural fest is organised and hosted by the members of ALDI which provides a platform for showcasing the talents of our children.
